摘要
除氧器乏汽排汽回收是节约能源的有效措施之一。本文以等效热降理论为基础,通过计算分析,对除氧器乏汽直接回收至轴封加热器及通过乏汽回收节能装置回收至轴封加热器两种回收方案,从安全性、经济性进行比较。结果表明除氧器乏汽回收采用乏汽回收装置至轴封加热,可实现99%以上的乏汽热能回收,即节省了能源,又消除了除氧器乏汽的噪音污染,改善厂区环境。
The steam exhaust recycling of deaerator is one of the effective measurements to save energy. Based on the theory of equivalent heat drop, this article compares two recycling schemes of the steam exhaust which is recycled to the sealing heater directly or recycled to the sealing heater through an economizer, from security and economy. Results show that through the steam exhaust recycling equipment, it can reach a recycling rate of 99%, which not only saves energy, but also eliminates the noise pollution and improves the environment of the factory.
