溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米Ag^+/ZnO及其光催化性能

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列掺杂Ag+的纳米Zn O复合粒子。用XRD、TEM、IR、UV-vis等手段对其进行了表征和测定,并测定了其对罗丹明B水溶性染料降解的光催化活性。结果表明:所有催化剂具有六方晶系结构,平均粒径为23nm左右,且颗粒均匀。Ag+的掺杂提高了Zn O的光催化活性,其中Ag+的掺杂量为1.00%时光催化活性最高,使Zn O的光催化效率提高了近20%。 The compound nanoparticle of ZnO doped with Ag^+ were prepared by sol - gel method. They have been studied by means of XRD, TEM, IR, UV - vis. The photodegradation experients of water - soluble dyes were carried out in the suspension of Ag ^+/ZnO as the photocatalysts. The results show that they were hexagonal structure. The nanopartieles were spherical with the mean grain size of 23nm. The photocatalytic aetivity of Ag ^+ doped ZnO for Rhodamine B degradation was much higher than that of pure ZnO particles. The optimum doping dose of the Ag^ +/ZnO was 1.00% for the photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B. The photocatalytic efficiency of ZnO is enhanced 20%.
