摘要
果酸广泛存在于自然界中的各种水果、酸乳酪、甘蔗中。果酸具有较好的水溶性及较强的渗透性,较易穿过角质层被皮肤吸收,促进表皮细胞的新陈代谢,刺激真皮胶原合成,从而消除皮肤皱纹,保持皮肤的湿润。本文对果酸的分类、作用机理、临床应用及安全性等进行综述。
Fruit acid was existed widely in a variety of fruit,yoghurt and sugar cane. Fruit acid has good water-solubility and strong permeability,and it can be easily absorbed by skin through the stratum corneum. Fruit acid could promote metabolism of epidermal cell,stimulate the dermal collagen synthesis,diminish the appearance of fine lines and maintain the proper moisture of skin.The species,mechanism of action,clinical application and safety of fruit acid were summarized in this paper.
