摘要
目的:探讨阴式子宫切除术的临床护理效果。方法:选取我院2011年2月-2013年5月98例阴式子宫切除术患者,按照数字抽取分为研究组和对照组,对照组应用常规护理方法,研究组实施整体性护理,分析比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果:研究组患者SAS、SDS、HR和MAP等临床指标、NRS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在阴式子宫切除术治疗过程中,予患者以整体性临床护理,可以提高患者的治疗效果,改善预后治疗,具有临床应用推广价值。
Objective:To explore clinical nursing efficacy of vaginal hysterectomy. Methods:From February 2011 to May 2013, 98 cases of vaginal hysterectomy were divided into the studied group and the control group. The control group received conventional nursing;another group received holistic nursing, while comparing clinical nursing efficacy. Results:Clinical indicators of SAS, SDS, HR, MAP and NRS scores in studied group were better, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: During vaginal hysterectomy, holistic nursing can improving efficacy and prognosis, is worthy of promotion.
