摘要
新开发的气缸体铸件在生产时易产生气孔缺陷,分析了产生气孔缺陷的机理,提出了解决气孔缺陷的新思路,尤其从浇注系统的设计方面来解决气孔缺陷,也为类似结构的缸体铸件浇注系统的设计提供了参考。
This paper introduces the porosity defects generated during the production of a cylinder block casting developed by our company. By analyzing the formation mechanism of the porosity defects of the castings, we proposed a new approach to solve the porosity defects problem, especially from the design of gating system. In addition, this paper provides a reference to the design of the similar structure of the cylinder block casting gating system.
