摘要
为降低聚硫密封胶的密度,采用半连续无皂种子乳液聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸酯为核、聚苯乙烯(PS)和丙烯酸(AA)为壳的核/壳型双亲性聚合物微球;然后用硅烷偶联剂对该微球表面进行改性,并将改性前后的聚合物微球分别引入聚硫橡胶中,制备出相应的聚硫密封胶。研究结果表明:改性前后的聚合物微球作为密封胶的填料,均能提升密封胶的性能和降低密封胶的密度;当改性前后的聚合物微球掺量相同时,由后者制成的密封胶之力学性能优于前者,但密度略高于前者;改性聚合物微球的最佳掺量为20%(相对于聚硫橡胶质量而言)。
In order to reduce the density of polysulfide sealant, the core/shell type polymer microsphere with amphipathicity, which core or shell consist of polyacrylate or polystyrene (PS)/acrylic acid (AA) , was synthesized by semi-continuous soap-free seed-emulsion polymerization. Then, after the surfaces of microspheres were modified by silane coupler, the corresponding polysulfide sealants were prepared by introducing unmodified or modified polymer microspheres into polysulfide rubber. The research results showed that the unmodified or modified polymer microspheres as fillers of sealants, could all improve the properties of sealants, and could all reduce the density of sealant. When the contents of unmodified or modified polymer microspheres were same, the mechanical properties of sealant made by the latter were better than those of sealant made by the former, but the density of sealant made by the latter was slightly higher than that of sealant made by the former. The optimal mass fraction of modified polymer microspheres was 20% in polysulfide rubber.
