摘要
IEC 61850标准的应用就是使变电站系统网络化和数字化的过程。这一过程使智能变电站赋予了新的工作内涵,也对智能电网检测、现场调试与验收工作提出了全新的要求和规范,这不仅需要根据IEC 61850标准测试和验证系统中的硬件、软件,还需对系统中使用设备的配置文件、系统数据和信息模型文件进行测试和验证,但更重要的是必须测试这些设备在网络中运行的性能,对整站进行系统级测试,并对故障进行处理。
The applicatin of IEC61850 is to make the substation system network and digitization. This process makes the intelligent substation give new work connotation and also propose all the new requirements and standards for the test field debagging and acceptance of the intelligent network. This not only needs the hardware and software according to the test and verification systems but also carry out the test and verification that the configuration docaments, system data and in- formatin model documents are used in the system. But it is more important to test the device performance in the network pperation and carry out system level test for all the substation and handle the faults.
