摘要
东鞍山铁矿矿物组成复杂、主要铁矿物有磁铁矿、赤、褐铁矿、菱铁矿等、嵌布粒度微细、含铁品位较低,研究表明:采用弱磁—强磁—阴离子反浮选流程,可得产率52.31%、品位TFe67.05%、回收率78.22%的浮选铁精矿,对开发同类或近类复杂难选铁矿高效选矿回收铁矿物有一定借鉴意义。
Dong anshan iron ore is characterized by complex mineral composition,minuteness dissemination and low iron ore grade. The study shows that if it use the flowsheet of low-intensity magnetic separation-high-intensity magnetic separa- tion-anionic reverse flotation ,the iron concentrate can be obtained with a yield of 52. 31% ,a grade of 67. 05% TFe and a recovery of 78. 22%. It has the reference meaning for the exploitation and utilization of other similar iron deposits.
