陕西南某钒钛多金属矿钴硫综合利用技术

Technical Research on Comprehensive Utilization of Cobalt Sulfate in a Vanadium-titanium Poly-metallic Ore in South Shaanxi

摘要 陕西南部某钒钛磁铁矿多金属成分复杂,除铁、钛主要目标元素必须回收外,伴生的钴、硫两种元素亦达到综合回收要求,综合回收利用其中的伴生矿物可以提高该矿藏的潜在价值。针对矿石性质,通过选矿试验研究,确定了最佳的选矿工艺流程及试验条件,在粗磨-0.074 mm 50%条件下,优先对钴硫浮选,浮选尾矿进行钛铁矿浮选。采用一粗二粗一扫浮选工艺流程综合回收钴硫矿试验研究,取得了较好的选矿指标,最终获得的钴硫精矿含Co0.34%,含S44.07%,对应的钴、硫回收率分别为20.89%和S71.67%,为秦岭成矿带同类型的钒钛磁铁矿综合回收利用提供了新途径。 The components of a vanadium-titanium poly-metallic or Southern Shaanxi is complex. The main target el- ements of iron and titanium must be recovered. Besides, the associated cobalt and sulfide can meet the requirements of recovery. Comprehensive recovery and utilization of the mineral resources can improve the potential value. Through the research of mineral processing test, the test process and test conditions to determine the best. Directed at the ore properties, through the mineral processing, the optimal process and test condition were determined. Under the condition of roughing grinding of -0. 074 mm 50% ,priority of cobalt sulfide flotation, and then iron titanium ore dressing operation was carried on. When the process of one roughing two roughing one scaven^ng was adopted for the recovery of cobalt and sulfur, the mineral processing index is satisfactory. The cobalt and sulfur concentrate with the grade of cobalt and sulfur of 0. 34% and 44. 07% respectively and their corresponding recovery of 20. 89% and 71.67% was obtained ,which provides new way for the comprehensive recovery of the same type of vanadium-titani- um magnetite in metallogenic belt of Qinling.
