摘要
目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合氨溴特罗治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将2010年1月至2013年1月门诊收治的76例咳嗽变应性哮喘患儿随机分为试验组和对照组,各38例。试验组患儿给予孟鲁司特钠联合氨溴特罗治疗,对照组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,治疗3个月后比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果试验组临床总有效率为94.74%,显著高于对照组的78.95%(P<0.05);两组患儿肺功能治疗后均明显改善,且试验组改善更优(P<0.05);咳嗽缓解时间和症状消失时间试验组均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合氨溴特罗治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效确切,能有效缩短症状缓解和消失时间,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of montelukast plus ambroxol and clenbuterol on children＇s cough variant asthma. Methods 76 children outpatients with cough variant asthma in the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 38 cases in each group. The experimental group was given the treatment of montelukast plus ambroxol and clenbuterol, while the control group received the montelukast treatment. The clinical effects after 3- month treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate after treatment in the experimental group was 94.74%, which was significantly higher than 78.95% in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. The lung function after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved, moreover the improvement in the experimental group was more superior（ P 〈 0. 05）. The time of cough alleviation and symptoms disappearance in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Montelukast plus ambroxol and clenbuterol has definite effect for treating children＇ s cough variant asthma, can effectively shorten the time of symptoms alleviation and disappearance and possess the high application value in clinic.
