摘要
顶部驱动钻井装置是当今钻井装备中技术含量高、结构复杂的机电液一体化设备,已成为现代钻机的重要配置,是21世纪钻井三大技术装备之一。交流变频驱动技术作为目前电驱动顶驱广泛采用的一种驱动技术,具有无级调速,较强过载等诸多优势。以北石DQ70BSC型号顶驱为例,介绍基于闭环矢量控制的S120系统转速扭矩控制技术,以及在此基础上,顶驱单、双电机切换,主从控制等技术的应用。
Top drive ( TD) drilling equipment, a high-tech drilling equipment with complex structure, integrating mechanical, electrical and hydraulic technologies, has become one of the three main types of drilling equipment in the 21st century as a major configuration of modem drilling machines. Extensively applied in the field of electric top drive, AC variable frequency drive { VFD ) has such advantages as stepless speed regulation and high overload capacity. Taking BPM DQ70BSC top drive as an example, the paper introduces the speed and torque control technology of the S120 system based on closed-loop vector control, as well as application of such technologies as TD single/double motor switchover and master-slave control.
