摘要
脊髓型颈椎病患者常伴随有典型的手部功能障碍,称之为"脊髓病手"(Myelopathy-hand),手部功能的优劣直接影响患者的生活质量。然而脊髓病手的临床意义尚不明确。作者通过查阅国内外近几年来的相关文献发现国内外学者对于脊髓型颈椎病患者手部功能的特征性变化愈加重视。其不仅能够与神经根或外周神经病变引起的手部功能变化相鉴别,作为一种无创性的评价手段,量化评估脊髓病手功能还能够对术前病情严重程度以及术后功能改善效果进行判断。
Patients with CSM （cervical spondylotic myelopathy） usually complicated with hand dysfunction, called ＂my- elopathy - hand＂, hand function is associatied with the quality of life, however, the clinical significance of myelopathy - hand remains unclear. This paper reviews the literature recent years and found that characteristic changes in hand function had drew more attention than ever before. These signs permit the distinction between myelopathy and changes due to nerve root or peripher- al nerve disorder, being a kind of non - invasive functional assessment. Quantitative evaluation on myelopaty - hand could also determine the severity of myelopathy and postoperative outcome.
