摘要在介绍欧盟职业教育和培训质量保障政策目标、内容、特征基础上,分析其对欧盟开展职业教育与培训的影响。在对比分析中国航海教育质量保障机制基础上,提出中国航海教育质量保障机制改革的几点建议。
