摘要
房柱法回采矿房,遗留了大量点柱和间柱,约占矿房总矿量的30%。矿房回采后,为了维持采空区的稳定,通常只能回收一小部分矿柱,造成矿石的大量浪费。为此,提出采用"圆木+混凝土"组合形式的人工点柱代替矿柱支撑采空区,设计了3种人工点柱组合形式,对其受力、安全性和经济性进行了计算分析,通过在新城金矿残留矿柱回采中的应用,矿柱回采率达到85%以上,且能够有效保障采场的作业安全。
The large number of point pillars are left behind by using the room-and-pillar mining method,the point pillars are 30% of the total amount of ore in the mine.In order to maintain the stability of goaf area,only a small part of the point pillars are recovered to result in a substantial waste of ore.For this case,the ore pillars are replaced with the artificial point pillars with the combination forms of "logs+concrete"to support the goaf area.Three kinds of artificial points pillars combinations are designed, The stress,safety and economy of the artificial points pillars combinations are computed and analyzed. The above method is applied to mining the residual pillars in Xincheng gold mine.The application results show that,the pillars recovery rate is over 85%,therefore,the stope operation safety is guaranteed.
