南海深水气田FLNG装置丙烷预冷双氮膨胀液化工艺流程关键运行参数影响分析 被引量:12

摘要 以南海某深水气田为研究目标,运用HYSYS软件对所提出的FLNG装置丙烷预冷双氮膨胀液化工艺流程的关键运行参数进行了优化分析,重点分析了进入液化单位的天然气入口温度、入口压力、组成和压缩机水冷器温度、丙烷节流后温度、氮气一级膨胀前后压力对整个液化工艺流程性能(包括系统能耗、制冷剂流量)的影响。研究认为需要从技术、经济和安全性等方面进行综合分析后才能合理确定进入液化单元天然气入口温度、入口压力和压缩机水冷器温度,合理确定一级氮气膨胀前后压力有助于降低系统功耗和氮气流量;根据丙烷自身的性质,丙烷预冷的温度设定在-35℃左右比较合理。 Taking a deep water gas field in the South China Sea as the research object, the key parameters for liquefaction process of propane pre-cooling and dual nitrogen expansion were analyzed with HYSYS software. Effects of inlet temperature, inlet pressure and component of natural gas into the liquefaction u- nit, compressor cooler temperature, propane temperature (upon throttling), and also nitrogen pressure before and after expansion machine, on the energy consumption and refrigerant flow of the whole process were analyzed particularly. Results show that it is essential to choose the reasonable natural gas inlet tem- perature and pressure into the liquefaction unit, as well as compressor cooler temperature upon fully con- sidering the technology, economy and safety aspects. Determining the right pressure before and after ni- trogen expansion machine can reduce energy consumption and nitrogen flow. It is reasonable to set the propane pre-cooling temperature at -35℃ or so.
