黄芪巴布剂贴脐治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤患者对肾功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:通过观察黄芪巴布剂贴脐治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤对肾功能的影响,初步探讨该方法能否减少肾脏替代治疗的频次。方法以2014年1~12月于我院确诊的脓毒症急性肾损伤患者为研究对象,观察常规治疗(对照组)及常规治疗基础上给予黄芪巴布剂贴脐治疗(试验组)对脓毒症急性肾损伤患者肾功能指标及肾脏替代治疗频次的影响。结果试验组患者的肾功能指标(尿素氮、肌酐、24小时尿微球蛋白)明显改善,组间比较差异有显著性(P <0.05);两组肾脏替代治疗的百分率比较差异虽无显著性(P >0.05),但试验组较对照组有减少。结论黄芪巴布剂贴脐能有效降低脓毒症急性肾损伤患者肾功能指标,增加尿量。
