摘要
跨文化商务谈判是国际间贸易合作的起点,其成败直接关系着国家和企业的利益。然而谈判人员来自不同文化背景存在着不同的价值观和思维方式,而这种文化将对其商务谈判语言和行为产生影响。因此,分析中西方文化差异对商务谈判的影响,消除文化差异的影响,在国际间商务活动中意义重大。
Cross - cultural business negotiation is the starting point of the international trade cooperation. The success or failure will have direct effect on the enterprises. However, negotiators from different cultural backgrounds have different values and ways of thinking, and this culture will affect the business negotiation languages and behaviors. Therefore, the essay analyzes, the effect of Chi- nese and western cultural on international business negotiation and it has great significance to eliminate the cultural difference.
