摘要
渤海油田地层夹层多且复杂,泥岩段极易水化膨胀,钻井液维护难度大,难以维持井壁稳定。在对抗高温稳定剂研究的基础上,研发了一套适合于渤海油田砂泥岩互层钻井的抗高温防塌型钻井液体系。室内研究结果表明,该钻井液体系在高温高压条件下流变性稳定,悬浮携砂性能好,防塌抑制能力强。该钻井液在渤海油田2个区块井段成功应用,现场易于维护,钻井施工顺利,很好地解决了渤海油田沙河街组地层砂泥岩互层井壁失稳问题。
In Bohai Oilfield,there existed multiple and complex layers in interbeds,the mudstone was easy to be hydrated and expanded,it was difficult to maintain wellbore stability.Based on the research of high temperature stabilizer,a set of high temperature resistant and anti-sloughing drilling fluid systems were developed for sand and mudstone drilling in Bohai Oilfield.The results show that the rheologic property of drilling fluid system is stable under high temperature and high pressure conditions;it has good suspension and sand carrying property with high sloughing resistance and inhibition.It is successful used in 2blocks in Bohai oilfield,it is easy for maintenance and the drilling operation is smooth,and the problem of wellbore instability is well resolved in drilling the sand-mudstone interbeds in Shahejie Formation of Bohai Oilfield.
