去甲基化药物在造血干细胞移植后白血病复发中的应用

摘要 异基因造血干细胞移植(allo—HSCT)是目前根治血液系统恶性肿瘤的公认方法,但移植后复发率一直居高不下,复发患者1年生存率仅为10%-30%,是移植失败的主要原因。移植后复发现有的治疗策略包括减停免疫抑制剂、补救化疗、放疗、二次移植、供者淋巴细胞输注(DLI)以及细胞因子或细胞免疫治疗、靶向治疗等,在一定程度上提高了复发患者生存率,改善了预后,但上述治疗策略又存在各自的局限性,疗效不尽如人意。寻找新的或更为有效的治疗手段仍然是当前亟待解决的难题。
