尾侧型同源转录因子-2,P53和Ki67在胃癌组织中的表达及意义 被引量:8

摘要 胃癌的发生和发展是一个多基因、多因素、多阶段的动态顺序演变过程,涉及到多种癌基因的激活、抑癌基因的失活以及由此引起的细胞生物学行为的改变等.在众多的癌基因和抑癌基因中,P53是与人类关系最密切的抑癌基因,其基因结构的改变可导致细胞的恶性转化.尾侧型同源转录因子(caudal type homeobox transcription factor,CDX)2是从肠上皮化生至癌发展过程中的重要指标,与肠型胃癌的发生密切相关.Ki67是目前较肯定的细胞核增殖标志物,是反映细胞增殖活性的重要指标.
