摘要从2005年到2014年,美国国家情报总监办公室发布了3份《国家情报战略》,反映了后"9.11"时代美国国家情报工作的发展变革及出现的新变化、新特点和新趋势。其中,国家情报工作内涵得到丰富,任务目标更细化,工作体制机制得到完善;国家情报工作也体现出一体化、全局性、适应性等特点;国家情报工作中的反恐怖、网络情报、反情报、信息共享与安全问题则代表了美国情报工作发展的新趋势。在此基础上,提出了作者对国家情报的理解和认识。 The Office of Director of National Intelligence had released three versions of National Intelligence Strategy from 2005 to 2014, which reflect the new changes, new characteristics and new trends of U. S. National Intelligence Efforts in the post-9/11 era. Detailedly, the meaning of National Intelligence are wider than before, the mission objectives become more particular, and the institutional mechanism has improved during this ten years; it also demonstrates some characteristics of U. S. National Intelligence Efforts like integration, overall and adaptability; moreover, the issues of Counterterrorism, Cyber Intelligence, Counterintelligence, information sharing and safeguard im- ply the new trends of the development of U. S. National Intelligence Efforts. On this basis, the authors put forward the understanding and cognition of National Intelligence.
