摘要
航道护岸用预制干硬性混凝土空心砌块在水运和交通工程质量控制和检验方法序列中目前尚无可以直接遵循的规范和标准。现阶段检验方法:实体切割立方体试验法和钻芯取样法不能满足现阶段需求。同密度振压成型法在集料取样的真实性和及时性、试件与砌块成型的一致性、密度的一致性和养护条件的一致性方面于一体,而且与常规湿法混凝土试件制作方式基本相同,所以得到的试件强度试验结果也能够较好地反映砌块的真实强度,具有合理性、通用性和可操作性。此方法能够适合各种形式、各种规格的干硬性混凝土砌块的强度检验,具有相当好的应用和推广意义。
There are no norms and standards directly following for the prefabricated dry hard concrete hollow block used for the waterway revetment in the list of shipping and traffic engineering quality control and inspection methods now. The inspection method of the present stage is that the solid cutting cube test method and core drilling method cannot satisfy the demands of the present stage.With the same density vibration molding method in the authenticity and timeliness of sampling aggregates, consistency of the test piece and block forming, consistency and curing density in one, the mode is basically same with the traditional wet concrete ways. Therefore, the result shows that the strength test of test specimen can also better reflect the real strength of block with the rationality, universal property and operability. This method can suit the strength inspections of various dry hard concrete blocks, which has the good significance of application and popularization.
