品管圈活动降低肠内营养患者腹泻发生率效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨品管圈活动降低肠内营养患者腹泻发生率效果观察。方法:成立品管圈活动小组,运用PDCA循环方法,确定"降低肠内营养患者腹泻发生率"为活动主题,进行现状把握、设定目标、分析原因并制定对策。结果:实施品管圈活动后,肠内营养患者腹泻发生率由28.0%降低至13.5%。结论:品管圈活动可降低肠内营养患者腹泻发生率。
