饲粮添加复合酶和制粒对肉仔鸡生产性能、养分代谢率及血液指标的影响 被引量:9

摘要 试验旨在研究不同浓度复合酶制剂对肉鸡生产性能、养分代谢率及血液指标的影响。试验采用两因素2×3析因设计,试验设3个复合酶水平(0、253 g/t和335 g/t),2个加工工艺(不制粒、制粒)。选择1日龄的AA+肉鸡(公、母各半混养)1 200只,随机分为6个组,每组4个重复,每个重复50只,使各处理组之间鸡的重量差异不显著(P>0.05),试验期28 d。结果表明:复合酶提高了肉鸡平均日增重、降低了料重比,335 g/t+制粒组效果较优;复合酶提高了肉鸡对养分的利用率,335 g/t+制粒组效果较优;复合酶提高了血糖含量、降低了血液中尿素氮含量,335 g/t+制粒组效果较优;复合酶提高Ig G含量,335 g/t+制粒组效果较优。由此可见,杂粕日粮中添加复合酶表现出较好的作用效果,以335 g/t+制粒组对肉鸡的作用效果最好。 Lu Qiufeng, Dong Xin, Wang Cong, Wang Lijuan, Wang Yulin, Feng Weijie, Liu Guohua Abstract: The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different concentrations of com- pound enzyme preparation on growth performance, nutrient metabolism and blood index. The experi- ment contained three compound enzyme levels (0, 253, 335 g/t), including low dose: 253 g/t, high dose: 335 g/t, and two process (not granulation, granulation). Select 1 200 AA~ broilers of one-day old (with male and female half collection), divide them randomly into six, and each group had four repeats with each repeat of 50. Make each treatment group have no significant difference between the weight of the chicken(P〉0.05). The trial period was 28 days. The result showed, adding composite enzyme could im- prove the average daily gain of broilers and reduce the feed to gain ratio, and improve the production performance of broilers, and the 335 g/t+granulating group are better; adding composite enzyme could in- crease the utilization rate of nutrients of broilers, and the 335 g/t+granulating group were better; adding composite enzyme improved the blood glucose, lowering blood urea nitrogen, and the 335 g/t+granulating group were better; compound enzyme can increase the immunoglobulin contents in broiler, significantly increase the content of IgG and 335 g/t+granulat-ing group were better; thus, miscellaneous meal diets supplemented with enzyme expression exi- hibited a better effect, with the better effect of 335 g/t+granulating group on broilers.
