摘要
探讨了采用双组分纺丝机生产95 dtex/72 f阳离子染料可染涤纶—普通涤纶(阳涤)复合预取向丝的生产工艺。结果表明:对普通涤纶和阳离子可染涤纶两种组分分开控制温度、上油和预网络,可达到更优良的双色效果;选用侧吹风有效长度和油嘴高度分别为800 mm和1 100 mm,冷却风速0.35 m/s时,可以使纤维的条干不匀率最小。
The production processes of 95 dtex/72 f cation-dyed polyester (CDPET)-polyester(PET)composite partially oriented yarn by bicomponent spinning machine are discussed. The results show that the spinning temperature, oiling and pre-interlacing of PET and CDPET are controlled separately, better double color effect can achieved. The the height of oil nozzle unevenness of the fiber is the minimum when the effective length of lateral blow and are 800 mm and 1 100 mm, lateral blow speed is 0.35 m/s
