计量资产全寿命周期管理过程中供应商评价模型研究 被引量:2

Evaluation on Quality Management Level of Suppliers in the Life Cycle Management Process of Measuring Assets

摘要 针对国家电网公司供应商评价现状,结合国家电网对计量资产全寿命周期管理的要求,构建了面向产品质量的供应商评价模型。通过建立以供应商履约能力、售后服务、产品全寿命周期质量管理水平、综合实力水平为一级指标的评价指标体系,应用层次分析法实现评价指标权重的动态差异化更新,并引入信用度和依存度对供应商评价的影响,构建了计量资产全寿命周期管理过程中供应商评价模型。最后,以江苏省电力公司16家供应商为评价对象,验证评价模型的有效性,并利用三维散点图和雷达图对评价结果进行分类展示。 In view of the problems of the current supplier evaluation model in SGCC (State Grid Cor- poration of China), and the demand of SGCC for the life cycle management of measuring assets, an e- valuation model is built oriented towards to supplier quality management. In this model, the first grade indicator system is composed of supplier performance ability, after-sale service, product quality management in the process of life cycle, and comprehensive strength. AHP is applied in updating dy- namically and differently evaluation index weights, and into the model is also introduced credit degree and dependence degree of suppliers. The validity of this model is verified by applying it in evaluating sixteen suppliers of Jiangsu Electric Power ComDanv.
