摘要
介绍了一种国产超声波探伤线钢管对接电气控制系统的原理,并对该系统的理论根据、计算过程及硬件配置等进行阐述。该电气控制系统将动态距离问题转换成时间问题,利用PLC的计算和计时功能,实现探伤机要求的钢管无撞击精准跟踪。7年多的运行结果表明:该电气控制系统运行稳定、安全可靠,且经济效益显著,完全可以替代进口设备。
Elaborated in the essay are the main aspects concerning an home-made electric control system for steel pipe head-tail aligning operation of the ultrasonic detection line, including the work principle, the theoretic basis, the calculation process and the configuration of the hardware, etc. This electric control system gets the dynamic distance issue into a time-related one, and employs the PLC computation and timing functions to perform accurate tracking of non-hitting pipe aligning operation as required by the detector proper. The 5-year long operation history of the said electric control system has shown its operational consistency, safety and reliability, and high profitability, being absolutely worth substituting relevant similar imported equipment.
