摘要
论述了在埋弧焊管生产线规划或原生产线升级改造中需要注意的事项。提出在规划或升级埋弧焊管生产线时,生产企业应根据自身规模和发展前景进行充分调研,切忌全盘"照搬"其他企业的生产线格局;生产、检验设备的设计能力应足够、稳定、可靠,布局应务实、流畅、人性化;同时应根据需要进行生产线自动化的设计和配置,相关联设备的刚性、空间及接口连接等应相互匹配。
Discussed here are several critical issues as needing attention and related to planning of new SAW pipe production plants and upgrade of the old ones. Accordingly, suggestions for planning and upgrade of SAW pipe production plants as follows are put forward. Any company involving with planning or upgrading SAW pipe production line should first carry out thorough investigation and survey in accordance with its own production scale and development prospects, and must not completely ＂copy＂ the existing production line layout of any other similar company, and should also ensure that the designed capacities of the manufacturing and inspection/testing equipment and facilities are sufficient, consistent, and reliable, and the layouts of such equipment and facilities are practical, smooth and human-friendly. Meanwhile, when necessary, automation of the SAW pipe production line should be designed and properly configured, and get all the related equipment and facilities having corresponding rigidity, space and interface, etc.
