摘要
某汽车天窗弹簧卡子在开闭耐久试验过程中弹片出现断裂,通过对弹片断口微观观察、化学成分分析、显微组织及硬度检测并结合其工作状况及生产工艺综合分析,确定了弹片断裂的模式及产生的原因。结果表明,弹片断裂为表面脱碳或侧表面冲裁质量差导致的低周疲劳断裂。对弹片的冲裁和预先热处理工艺进行了改进,取得了良好的效果。
Leaf springs in skylight spring clips for automobile fractured during open and close endurance test. The fracture mode and causes were investigated by means of microscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, microstructure and hardness test, and the working condition and manufacture process were also considered. The results show that the fracture of leaf spring is low cycle fatigue fracture which dues to surface decarburization and poor blanking quality of side surface. Some improvements for blanking and pre-heat treatment were put forward, and achieved good results.
