摘要
智能变电站要求合并单元采集的数据能"一处采集,全站共享",因此合并单元为满足不同智能电子设备的需求,其数字接口必须具有采样率转换的功能,并在采样率转换的同时,还要满足差动保护动作的要求。研究了数字接口中的信噪分离与采样率转换模块,设计了小波消噪算法以提高保护动作精度,零相位滤波算法以解决采样频率转换中滤波器群延迟较大的问题,可以将任意不同采样频率的电子式互感器采样数据统一到相同的采样基准下,实现差动保护各分支采样数据之间频率的快速统一,提高保护动作的快速性。
In smart substation, the digital interface of merging unit should possess the sampling rate conversion function to meet the demands of different IEDs;besides, it should also meet the demand of differential protection action. This paper studied the modules of signal-noise separation and sampling rate conversion. To improve the accuracy of protection action, a signal de-noising method algorithm was designed. To reduce the group delay of high order finite impulse response in sampling rate conversion, a zero phase filtering algorithm was designed. Combining those two algorithms, the different sampling rates of ECTs' sampled data can be converted to the same one, to realize the quick rate unification and improve the speed of differential protection.
