摘要
根据搅拌摩擦焊焊接力监测需求,研发了一套新型焊接力监测系统。整套系统由焊接力监测传感器及人机交互系统两大模块组成。详细介绍了这两大模块的组成结构及功能特点,并利用标准力传感器进行了焊接力实验,从实验数据表明,整套系统能准确地测量出焊接过程中焊接力的大小,为工艺参数的优化和焊接质量的提高提供数据支持。并且整套系统具有量程大、精确度高、安装不受制于工件大小、可移植性高等特点,具有很好的应用前景。
According to the requirements of friction stir welding force monitoring, a new type of welding force monitoring system is developed. The system consists of the welding force monitoring sensor and the humancomputer interaction system. This paper introduces the structure and the function of two modules, and carries on the welding force experiment using the standard force sensor. The experimental data shows that the system can accurately measure the value of the welding force during the process of welding.The system can also provide data to support the optimization of technological parameter and the improvement of welding quality. And the system has a large measurement range, high precision, easy to install and is not subject to the size of workpiece, high portability and so on. It has the very good applied prospect.
