概述KJ型等单绳缠绕式矿井提升机类型、结构、性能和现状。以铜兴公司KJ型提升机为例,介绍其整体改造、系统和主机更新,其改造或更新方案、施工方法与工艺等可为同仁提供参考和借鉴。提出矿山企业应抓住政策机遇,并按有关法律法规和标准要求,尽早完成KJ型、JKA型和XKT型提升机的改造或更新。
KJ-typed etc single-rope winding mine hoists were summarized about their type, structure, performance and status. The overall innovations as well as the upgrade of the system and main engine of K J- typed hoists in Tongxing Company were introduced; the innovation and upgrade schemes as well as some construction process offered some reference for colleagues. In addition, the paper pointed out the mining enterprise should catch the national policy opportunity and complete the innovation and upgrade of K J-typed, JKA-typed and XKT-typed hoists according to relevant laws and specifications as early as possible.
