多指标综合评分法优选甘草抗氧化活性成分闪式提取工艺 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立最佳的甘草抗氧化活性成分闪式提取工艺。方法应用多指标综合评分法,结合正交试验设计,以甘草总黄酮含量、DPPH自由基清除率和浸膏得率的综合评分为指标,考察甘草抗氧化活性成分闪式提取工艺。结果最佳闪式提取工艺为90%乙醇,固液比1∶20(g/m L),提取次数3次,每次2 min。结论该工艺提取时间短、提取效率高,是一种简单、快速、实用的甘草抗氧化活性成分提取方法。 Objective To establish the optimal flash extraction process about antioxidant activities of Glycyrrhiza. Methods Applying multi-target grading method combined with orthogonal experimental design, and taking the comprehensive score of the content of total flavonoids, licorice DPPH radical scavenging rate and the rate of extractum as indexes, to investigate the flash extraction process about antioxidant activities of Glycyrrhiza. Results The optimal flash extraction process of active components of Radix Glyeyrrhizae was obtained after the herb was extracted with Solid vs liquid 1:20 (g/mL) of ethanol so- lution (90 % ) for third numbers and each extract lasted 2 minutes. Conclusion The extraction process has short extraction time, high extraction efficiency, and is a simple, fast, practical extraction method of Radix Glycyrrhizae's antioxidant activi- ties.
