摘要
针对装配体难以分类检索的问题,提出一种面向关键结构的装配体检索方法。利用装配确定性划分装配体,提出联接结构、运动副结构和装配体结构的概念。根据装配体结构可以包含更基本装配体结构,将装配体结构进一步分解为基本装配体结构和装配体结构单元。讨论了装配体结构单元的定义、分类、分解和判别方法。以装配体结构和装配体结构单元作为装配体的关键结构,以装配体装配结构模型作为评价装配体关键结构相似性的特征,借鉴文本信息检索方法建立关键结构的倒排索引,通过关键结构布尔模型检索装配体,提出中心零部件、拓扑分层模型子结构的概念,以及装配体结构、装配体结构单元标引算法,实现了结构单元的计算机自动识别和高效标引,并以阀杆组件为例验证了方法的有效性。
Aiming at the problem that classification retrieval method was not available for assembly bodies, an assem- bly body retrieval method oriented to key structures was presented. The assembly body was divided by using assem- bly certainty and the concepts of connection structure, kinematic pair structure and assembly body structure were proposed. According to the fact that an assembly body structure probably contained minor ones, it could be further decomposed into basic assembly body structures and assembly body structure units. The definition, classification, decomposition and discrimination method of assembly body structure unit was proposed. Assembly body structures and assembly body structure units are used as the key structure of assembly bodies, while assembly structure models of assembly bodies were used as the feature to appraise the similarity of the key structure of assembly bodies. On the basis of the text information retrieval method, the inverted index of key structure was set up. Boolean model of key structure was used to retrieve assembly body, and the substructures of central parts and hierarchical topology model were proposed to realize computer automatic recognition and efficient indexing of units. The effectiveness of pro- posed method was verified by valve stem assembly.
