摘要
在GMP教学工作中,如何能够使学生很好地理解枯燥的法规条文是一直困扰我们的问题,作为载体的拟企业化生产实训的引入,能使学生形象地理解、掌握GMP的相关内容,并对企业生产方式有了感性认识,对学生走上工作岗位,实现身份的“无缝”转换,具有良好的效果。
In GMP teaching, how to help the students understand uninteresting laws and regulations is a problem that troubles us for a long time. By introducing enterprise-simulating internship and training as a carri6r, the students are able to understand and master contents about GMP vividly and obtain perceptual knowledge about enterprise producing mode. It is helpful to transform students into skilled workers smoothly when they begin their career.
