摘要 本文分析了永磁同步电动机的电感特性,基于永磁同步电机的数学模型,由数学推导出永磁同步电机在d、q坐标系下电感参数的理论公式。为了考虑饱和效应对电感参数的影响,本文首先计算出不同电流和转子位置下的绕组自感,然后通过绕组自感计算出交直轴电感参数。采用有限元法对一台6极9槽电机的电感进行了计算,并进行了试验研究,电感的实测结果与仿真结果较为一致,验证了方法的准确性。 The inductance characteristic of permanent magnet synchronous is analyzed. Based on the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor, theoretical formulae of inductance parameters which are in the d,q coordinate system of permanent magnet synchronous is derived from the mathematical formulae.In order to consider the influence of saturation on the inductances, this paper firstly calculates the self inductances, and then the q-axis and d axis inductances using the self inductances under the different stator and rotor position .The inductances are analyzed by finite element method for a motor with 9 slots and 6 poles, and the inductances of a prototype motor motor are investigated,the experimental results are in agreement with the calculated results for inductances and the accuracy of the approach are also verified with experiment results.
