摘要
采用微波消解湿地芦苇样品,石墨炉原子吸收法测定湿地芦苇三种不同组织中铅和镉的含量。对试验条件和仪器的工作条件进行了探讨。在最佳试验条件下对芦苇根、茎、叶3种不同组织进行测定,铅、镉在根、茎、叶中平均含量分别为381.45、248.27、184.84 mg·kg-1和85.41、15.57、31.26 mg·kg-1,加标回收率为89.5%~104.9%,RSD不大于3.9%,检出限分别为5.0μg·L-1和0.10μg·L-1,该方法简便、快捷、准确,可为研究大庆湿地芦苇中重金属富集提供依据。
Using microwave digestion system for wetland reeds sample digestion, the contents of Pb and Cd in three kinds dif- ferent tissue of reeds were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption on spectrometry. The working conditions of the instru- ment were described. Three different tissue with root, stem, leaf of reeds were measured in the optimal condition, respectively. The recoveries of this method are in a range of 89. 5% -104. 9%, with a RSD value of less than 3. 9% and the detection limits were 5.0 μg · L-1 and 0. 10 μg· L-1 , respectively. The method is simple and accurate, providing references for research of heavy metal enrichment on wetland reed in Daqing.
