摘要
针对原来赵山渡电厂大坝泄洪闸防雷系统的建筑物接地电阻值偏大、控制系统接地电阻值不符合要求以及各信号端口没有完善的防雷击电磁脉冲防护电涌保护器等诸多缺陷,通过外部防护、过渡防护、内部防护等核心技术的综合应用,对大坝泄洪闸防雷系统进行改造与升级,运行结果证明,防雷系统通过改造与升级后,PLC电源模块、闸门开度传感器、水位计等一系列电子元件受雷击次数明显减少,从而提高了泄洪闸防雷系统的整体安全性能.
According to the old lightning protection system, the flood discharge gate of Zhaoshandu Power Plant exists many problems: the grounding resistance value of the buildings is too large, the grounding resistance value of the control system can not meet the requirements, and the signal ports are not equipped perfect lightning protection electromagnetic pulse surge protector and many other defects. By the adoption of core technology, such as external protection, transition protection, and internal transition, the reconstruction and upgrading is conducted to improve the lightning protection system of the dam sluice, effectively solving the problems in the original design. Three years running results prove that, after the transforma- tion and upgrade of the lightning protection system, the lightning stroke frequency of PLC power supply module, gate open- ing degree sensor, water level gauge and a series of electronic components from lightning was significantly reduced, thereby improving the overall safety performance of lightning protection system in dam sluice, which provides technical reference for the same project.
