摘要
改革开放以来我国社会主义市场经济快速发展,作为民生工程的水利工程建设投资逐步增加。在发展的新时期,原来的水利建设管理体制显现出适应性不足的问题,不能与加快发展中的水利建设进程很好结合。笔者结合自己多年从事的水利工程相关实践经验,对现阶段我国水利工程建设管理体制存在的问题进行了分析,并从几个方面提出了改革对策。
Since the reform and opening, China has gained rapid development in socialist market economy. Water conservancy engineering construction, as people＇s livelihood project, the investment of which is gradually increased. In the new period of development, the original management system of water conservancy construction shows the problem of insufficient adaptability, which cannot combine with the accelerated water conservancy construction very well. The author combines his experience for many years engaged in water conservancy engineering practices, analyzes the problem of water conservancy project construction management system in our country at present stage and puts forward some countermeasures to reform from several aspects.
