摘要
本研究在中国文化背景下考察了导师指导对工作投入的影响,以及新员工主动社会化在导师指导与工作投入之间的中介作用。研究结果表明,导师指导对工作投入有显著影响,相比于职业发展指导,社会心理指导对工作投入的影响更为显著;新员工主动社会化对工作投入有显著的正向影响;其中,社会化行为在职业发展指导和工作投入之间起到部分中介作用,积极架构在社会心理指导和工作投入之间起到部分中介作用。
This study investigates the impact of mentoring on job engagement, the mediating effect of proactive socialization between mantoring and job engagement. Results show: mentoring has significant impact on job engagement,and the impact of psychosocial mentoring is more significant than career mentoring; proactive socialization has have significant impact on job engagement; proactive socialization behavior mediate the relationship between career mentoring and job engagement,positive framing mediating the relationship between psychosocial mentoring and job engagement.
