摘要
【目的】探讨科技期刊在高校等科研机构与基层单位之间搭建科研合作平台,实现编辑工作关口前移,更好地发挥科技期刊服务科研工作的职能。【方法】介绍了《中国学校卫生》杂志搭建期刊与科研合作平台的背景、形式、方法、人力资源支撑及效果。【结果】搭建期刊与科研合作平台保证了国家重大科研项目的实施,提高了基层学校卫生工作者的业务素质和水平,期刊编辑关口前移,组稿和约稿更有主动性和针对性,高被引论文增加。【结论】搭建期刊与科研合作平台,使编辑工作关口前移,有利于高校、基层单位和科技期刊的共同发展。
[Purpose] This study discusses that scientific and technical periodicals build a scientific research cooperation platform between scientific research institutions such as universities and grass-roots units,put editorial work forward,and better play the functions of scientific and technical periodicals serving scientific research work.[Methodology] This study introduced the background,form,method,human resources and achievement of building cooperation platform of Chinese Journal of School Health between periodicals and scientific research institutions.[Findings] Through building the cooperation platform between periodicals and scientific research institutions,implementation of major scientific research projects was guaranteed,quality and level of primary school health workers were improved.Editors＇ work was put forward,which maked journal＇s soliciting manuscripts more active and targeted,and increased highly cited papers.[Conclusions] Building cooperation platform between periodicals and scientific research institutions to put editorial work forward is advantageous to the common development of universities,grass-roots units and sci-tech periodicals.
