摘要
把高校图书馆"朋辈导师"引入本科教育领域,可以满足教师资源不足的缺憾,具有较高的推广价值和重要的现实意义。阐述了"朋辈导师"的定义,介绍了高校图书馆"朋辈导师"辅导的内容,探讨了高校图书馆"朋辈导师"的作用以及黑龙江科技大学图书馆"朋辈导师"的实践效果。
Introducing university library＇ s peer mentor into the field of undergraduate education, which can solve the shortage of teacher resource, is of higher popularization value and important practical significance. This paper expounds the definition of the peer mentor, introduces the contents of peer mentor＇ s guidance, and probes into the functions of university library＇s peer mentor and the practice effects of the peer mentors of the library of Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology.
