摘要
系统锁相技术是矢量网络分析仪的关键技术,主要作用是保证YIG调谐振荡器(YTO)输出频率和参考频率严格同步。介绍了系统锁相技术及辅助锁相电路的设计,并阐述了该电路有效缩短扫描时间的方法,以提高整个矢量网络分析仪测试速度。
System phase locking technology is very important in vector network analyzer, ensuring in-phase between frequency of YTO and frequency of reference. The system phase locking technology and design of assistant phase locking were introduced, and the method of this design shortening scanning-time was explained to shorten the measure time of the vector network analyzer.
