摘要
目的:分析40例90岁以上超高龄慢性心力衰竭患者的临床特点,以期正确指导临床诊治。方法:选取了我科2012年10月~2013年10月住院的90岁以上慢性心力衰竭患者40例。将其病因、临床症状、体征、B型脑钠肽(BNP)、心脏超声的各项指标进行回顾性分析,探讨该组患者的临床特点。结果:该组患者病因以高血压为主,主要表现为胸闷、气短、乏力、心悸及下肢水肿,心脏超声及BNP结果提示患者的心力衰竭主要为舒张性心力衰竭。结论:明确以上临床特点为正确诊断,合理制定治疗方案提供了依据。
Objective： To analyze the clinical characteristics of 40 cases of over 90 year old patients with chronic heart failure,in order to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods：In our department from 2012 October^2013 year in October in 90 over the age of 40 patients with chronic heart failure were selected.The etiology,clinical symptoms,signs,B-type natriuretic peptide （BNP）,each index of cardiac ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively,to explore the clinical characteristics of this group of patients.Results：The group of patients with hypertension disease,chest tightness,shortness of breath,mainly manifested as fatigue,palpitation and lower extremity edema,cardiac ultrasound and BNP showed that patients with heart failure mainly for diastolic heart failure.Conclusion：The above clinical features for correct diagnosis,to provide a basis for rational treatment plan.
