摘要
目的观察并分析普通胃镜与无痛胃镜的临床应用效果。方法选取在我院就诊的欲行胃镜患者30例作为观察组,选择同期行胃镜常规检查者30例作为对照组。所有患者监测生命体征及血氧饱和度,记录患者的不良反应,推药速度、时间及剂量,记录胃镜操作时间,患者苏醒时间及离开时间。结果观察组与对照组比较,胃镜检查中流涎、恶心、呕吐等不适反应减少(P<0.05),检查后患者不适感减少,愿意再次接受胃镜检查的患者增多。观察组检查中较检查前血压及心率降低,观察组患者的平均手术操作时间低于对照组(P<0.05),清醒时间两组比较无差异。结论无痛胃镜能减少患者痛苦,减少并发症的发生率,相对普通胃镜来说,无痛胃镜更安全、舒适。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect and analysis of ordinary gastroscopy and painless gastroscopy.MethodsSelected in our hospital for gastroscopy in patients with 30 cases as the observation group,selected the same period for routine gastroscope examination in 30 cases as control group.Results Nausea,vomiting,salivation and after checking the discomfort of patients were decreased significantly in observation group,wiling to accept gastroscopy patients increased significantly. The observation group,blood pressure and heart rate decreased significantly than before,the average operation time of observation group patients was lower than that of control group.Conclusion Painless gastroscopy can reduce the sufering of patients,reduce the incidence of complications, relatively ordinary gastroscope,painless gastroscopy is more safe,comfortable,it has a wide application prospect.
