摘要
目的：探讨子宫肌瘤手术患者的围手术期护理方式。方法根据我院2012年～2013年接收的56例子宫肌瘤患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组，对照组患者接受常规围手术期护理，观察组患者接受常规护理和护理干预，对两组患者的临床护理效果进行观察分析。结果观察组患者的临床护理满意度是92.85%，对照组患者的护理满意度是82.14%，两组的护理结果存在统计学差异性，P〈0.05。结论子宫肌瘤手术患者的围手术期采取护理干预可以提升治疗效果，患者的满意度高，护患纠纷比较少，临床应用效果好。
Objective To investigate the patients with uterine fibroids surgeryperioperative nursing mode.MethodsAccording to the 56 cases of uterine fibroid spatients in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 received to carry on the research analysis,these patients were grouped into control group and observation group and the controlgroup received conventional perioperative care,patients in the observation group received routine nursing and nursing intervention were observed and analyzed on clinical nursing effect of the two groups of patients.ResultsObservation of clinical nursing satisfaction group of patients was 92.85%,the control group patients nursing satisfaction was 82.14%,there were significant differences between two nursing group,P〈 0.05.Conclusion The patients with uterine fibroids surgery perioperative nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic effect,patient satisfaction,less nurse patient disputes,clinical application effect is good.
