摘要
美国的政教分离主义概念体系,曾被认为是其政治体制对世界的一个贡献,但事实上当下它的含义存在不确定性和变化性。文章从四个方面重新解析了这一概念体系的深层次内涵,它们分别是来自法律的、字源的、历史的、以及当下流行观念中的意义描述与分析。并且在此基础上,笔者介绍和评价了美国学者对此概念系统做出的新批判。
American church and state seperatism has been regarded as a contribution of its political system to the world once, actually there exist some uncertainty and variability in its implication. This paper reanalyzes the complicated connotations of American church and state seperatism from the following four aspects： law, etymology, history, and the meaning description and analysis, on which an introduction and evaluation towards the new criticism on it by American scholars are made in this paper.
