摘要
目的利用速干手消毒液对低度风险医疗物品进行消毒,以降低医院交叉感染。方法将医院2014年重症医学科患者按床位分为A、B两组,1-10床为A组,11-20床为B组,A组应用上海利康洁芙柔免洗手消毒凝胶速干手消毒液进行消毒,B组应用500mg/L含氯消毒剂进行消毒,消毒之后采集标本进行病原菌培养,按照物品种类分别对两组消毒效果进行比较。结果速干手消毒剂与含氯消毒液对物品消毒前后效果比较,差异均有统计学意义;应用速干手消毒剂与含氯消毒剂消毒的物品生物监测结果显示,体温计（t=1.50,P=0.14）、听诊器（t=1.13,P=0.26）、病历夹（t=0.92,P=0.36）、呼吸机键盘（t=1.76,P=0.08）、吸引器开关（t=0.66,P=0.51）,经t检验两两比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论经速干手消毒剂消毒的物品能够达到国家规范要求的含氯消毒剂的消毒效果,速干手消毒剂可以考虑作为临床常规消毒物品使用。
OBJECTIVE To use the quick drying hand disinfectant for the disinfection of the low risk medical items so as to reduce the incidence of cross infections .METHODS In 2014 , the patients of the critical care medicine department were divided into the group A and the group B according to the bed units ,the bed units from No .1 to No .10 were assigned as the group A ,and the bed units from No .11 to No .20 were set as the group B .The group A was disinfected by using Jiefurou washing free hand disinfectants of Shanghai Likang ,while the group B was disinfected with the use of 500 mg/l chloride‐containing disinfectants ;the specimens were collected for the culture of pathogens after the disinfection ,and the disinfection effects were observed and compared between the two groups according to the classification of the medical items .RESULTS There was statistically significant difference in the disinfection effect between the quick drying hand disinfectant and the chloride‐containing disinfectant .The results of the biological monitoring of the medical items disinfected with the quick drying hand disinfectant and the chloride‐containing disinfectant indicated that the thermometer was （t = 1 .50 ,P= 0 .14） , the stethoscope （t=1 .13 ,P=0 .26） ,the dossier （t=0 .92 ,P=0 .36） ,the ventilator keyboard （t=1 .76 ,P=0 .08） ,the aspirator switch （t=0 .66 ,P=0 .51）;the t‐test showed that the difference was not statistically significant CONCLUSIONS The quick drying hand disinfectant can achieve the disinfection effect that meets the national standard of the chloride‐containing disinfectant ,and it can be used for the clinical routine disinfection .
