摘要
目的:采用星点设计-效应面法优选玄七通痹胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量测定的色谱条件。方法:以乙腈与水的比例,蒸发室温度和氮气的流速为考察因素,以峰面积、分离度、对称度为考察指标,进行总评归一化,并进行多元线性回归和二项式拟合,用效应面法选择较佳工艺条件,并进行预测分析。结果:确定黄芪甲苷的色谱条件为乙腈-水33:67,蒸发室温度为90℃,氮气流速为1.4SLM。结论:星点设计-效应面法优选玄七通痹胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量测定的色谱条件,方法简便,预测性良好。
Objective:Use central composite design‐response surface method to prefer HPLC chromatographic conditions of astragaloside content from Xuanqi Tongbi capsule .Methods :Three factors were the acetonitrile ,water ratio the temperature of evaporation room and the flow rate of nitrogen ,to study the peak area ,seperation and symmetry as in‐dicators after overall normalization ,multiple linear regression and binomial fitting with response surface method to choose the better process conditions ,and predictive analysis .Results :The chromatographic conditions for the determination of astragaloside were the acetonitrile‐water 33 :67 ,evaporation room temperature was 90 ℃ ,the flow rate of nitrogen was 1 .4 SLM .Conclusion:It shows that the optimum model is highly predictive .
