摘要
宁德核电站(CPR1000压水堆)一期工程发电机为核电1 000 MW半速发电机,是常规岛重要主机设备之一。对半速发电机的结构特点、安装关键技术进行了阐述,通过现场安装关键技术的实施及有效质量控制,发电机轴承的轴振、轴瓦振动速度指标均优良,保证了发电机的安装质量和机组的稳定运行。
The first phase of Ningde nuclear power station （CPR1000 pressurized water reactor） has a nuclear power half speed generator with a capacity of 1 000 MW.It is one of the most important main machines in conversional island.A detailed explanation is given to the structure feature and installation key technology of the generator.During the period of installation, advanced technology was adopted and effective quality control was carried out.As a result,speed index of shaft vibration and bearing vibration are up to standard,indicating high quality of the generator installation and ensuring steady operation of the unit.
